Payment Options

Payment by Venmo or Zelle

1. Please send an email to [email protected], listing the service(s) you are requesting.

2. You will receive payment instructions from Prasannan; for email services, payment may be made immediately, while for consultations, payment is collected 3-6 days prior to your appointment. The confirmation email will normally be sent 6 days before your scheduled reading.

3. The payment instructions for Venmo or Zelle will include the phone number and other details to use for completing the payment.

Payment by PayPal or Credit Card

1. Please send an email to [email protected], listing the service(s) you are requesting.

2. You will receive a link to the PayPal invoice from Prasannan.

3. Click the Pay button which shows the payment amount in the email.

4. If you have a PayPal account, click the Log In button and proceed.

5. To use a credit card, complete your card details under PayPal Guest Checkout; the header may read:  Pay with credit or Visa Debit card.

6. Review the transaction, and click Pay Now.

Please note: PayPal transactions will have a small additional charge to cover the PayPal commissions.

 

Payment by email money transfer (Canada only)

1. Sign-in to your online bank account.

2. Click on "Transfer Funds."

3. Choose "Email Money Transfer."

4. Choose a security question and answer.

5. Send the total amount to: [email protected]

6. Send an email to [email protected] with the answer to the security question.  

Note: For clients in Canada, GST/HST will be collected according to the province of residence.
